We do interactive marketing which I love.
By we, I mean Satori Group which is the company I started six years ago with great Bubble of Dot Come dreams.
It burst a mere two weeks after starting the company and so we got lean and leaner and even leaner. And tougher. Which is good.
But the one consistent thing about our company is that we are the cobbler’s children when it comes to Marketing. We have a web site but it’s always in need of an update. We have newsletter functionality and technology ready to roll but we are too busy building for our clients what we haven’t done for ourselves. We are great at recommending solutions that we have picked up for our own needs rather slowly.
No more!
SO this my friends, is the beginning of Satori Group getting a blog. Individually most of us here at Satori have had one for many many years personally. But recently I decided to move us as company into the Blog world for two reasons.
1. More and more I feel that excitement seeping back into the marketplace. It’s not really a bubble (yet) but I hear and see new ideas coming up. People are getting excited about new tools and applications on the web. There are real business uses and technology is doing one of it’s neat spiral tricks. I just am seeing so much it’s starting to spill over onto my personal blog. I thought this might be a more appropriate space for it.
2. I like the idea we can talk to the marketplace and it can talk back to us. Community. It’s a beautiful thing.
